Part-Time Medical Assistant (20-29 hrs / week) - Martinsville, VA

QualDerm Partners is seeking a part-time Medical Assistant to join our team in Martinsville, VA. Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for examination by taking vital signs and recording medical history.
• Assist healthcare providers during examinations and procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments are available.
• Perform basic laboratory tests and prepare specimens for analysis.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
• Schedule patient appointments and handle office communications efficiently.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and skincare practices.
• Ensure that examination rooms are clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.
