Training Program Manager

A company is looking for a Training and Enablement Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Operationalize the enablement roadmap and maintain the enablement calendar

Manage LMS and CMS ecosystems, including content organization and performance tracking

Define enablement metrics and report insights to leadership on program impact

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in enablement, training operations, or program management in a B2B SaaS environment

Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives

Experience with LMS / CMS tools and familiarity with CRM and GTM systems

Advanced organizational and project management skills

Strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform actions
