Sam Edelman has an incredible opportunity for a Key Holder to join our highly creative, forward-thinking team in providing a world class customer experience! We seek someone who is confident, proactive and trend-savvy with previous experience working with a luxury or contemporary fashion brand. You're perfect for this position if you're a strong sales-driver who enjoys spending time on the floor working with your team and clients.

What You'll Be Doing

• Elevate the Store Experience : Assist in the overall shopping experience for all Sam Edelman Clients utilizing the "The Sam Style" model, and providing an inviting world class experience with a customer-first approach. Actively engage and build relationships with customers.
• Deliver on Visual Merchandising Standards : Assist store leadership with executing product placement and visual standards consistent with company guideline and expectation. You'll do your part to keep the store clean, organized, safe and easily shoppable.
• Drive with Passion : Meet performance metrics by exhibiting a passion and enthusiasm for the brand and embracing and promoting company initiatives, contests and strategies. Deliver clear, concise and timely communication to Store Team & Store Sales Manager.

Embody Respect and Professionalism : Engage in our professional store culture where all associates' contributions are valued, respected and appreciated. Other Essential Functions : Completes other projects and assignments as directed by management.
