A company is looking for a Client Services Coordinator to provide administrative support in client-facing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound / outbound calls and emails, including scheduling client conference calls
Oversee daily intake processes and maintain accurate client and case details in CRM and internal systems
Support Collection Staff with settlement offers and assist with onboarding new clients
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of administrative or client service experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
Experience in collections or financial services is beneficial but not required
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain consistency under pressure
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
