Sign-On Bonus : $1000 for Full-Time / $500 for Part-time (3+ days / week) Premium Weekend (PRW) CNA's are required to work (12) twelve or (16) sixteen-hour shifts during the weekend (Friday / Saturday or Saturday / Sunday). Shift start and end times are as follows : 12-hour shifts Day / Eve - 6 : 30am - 7 : 00pm (2 Lunch Breaks) Eve / Night - 6 : 30pm - 7 : 00am (2 Lunch Breaks) 16-hour shifts Day / Eve - 6 : 30am - 11 : 15pm (2 Lunch Breaks) Eve / Night - 2 : 45pm - 7 : 30am (2 Lunch Breaks) Primary Responsibilities include (but not limited to) :

• Assist residents with their daily living activities (bathing, dressing and grooming).
• Respond to residents needs in a way that supports their overall well-being and creates an atmosphere of encouragement, compassion and dignity.
• Provide an extraordinary customer service experience for our residents to include, but not limited to maintaining a clean and safe living environment all the while, encouraging independence.
• Consistently contribute to a positive, caring approach that supports residents, and fellow team members.
