A company is looking for a Family Assistance Customer Service Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities :
Provide assistance with customer portal account creation and maintenance, addressing inquiries regarding SNAP and Families First Programs
Answer incoming phone calls, chats, and emails while conducting outreach communications
Document call information accurately and escalate issues as necessary
Required Qualifications :
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 1 year of call center experience
2 years of customer service experience
Strong data entry skills
Proficiency with computers and common software applications
