Population Served: Children 2 - 18

What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):

• Oversee implementation and maintenance of clinical operations in assigned center
• Promotes management and oversight to clinical staff, serving as a resource and guide for clinical and professional skills. Advise clinicians on their professional development.
• Assist with difficult cases. Provide ongoing feedback and support to the clinical team to ensure quality services.
• Lead by example with integrity and humility. Seek to serve our children and families.
• Onboard and manage clinical staff. Terminate clinical staff when necessary.
• Ensure a robust training program for staff and families. Develop creative learning and collaboration opportunities as appropriate.
• Enforce and encourage clinical quality and outcomes with ownership of related KPIs
• Stay current with best practices and research in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and autism treatment and incorporate this knowledge into services provided.
• Work with company leadership to achieve and maintain BHCOE accreditation for assigned center, along with other reputable accrediting organizations
• Work with the VP of Clinical Operations/CCO to ensure cohesive and streamlined overall operations

• Base salary: $95-110K
• Bonus structure: Quarterly
