A dynamic healthcare network is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Urgent Care Physician to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual to make a significant impact by providing top-notch pediatric urgent care in both in-person and telemedicine settings.

About the Opportunity :

  • Setting : Private Practice
  • Hours : 12pm to 12am or 10am to 10pm (3 to 4 weekend shifts a month)

Responsibilities :

  • Evaluate and treat acute injuries and illnesses for both in-person and telemedicine patients.
  • Manage cases such as anaphylaxis, respiratory distress, croup, and asthma with evidence-based treatment.
  • Perform procedural care including abscess drainage, foreign body removal, and laceration repairs using sutures, staples, and dermal adhesive.
  • Take radiographs and provide preliminary interpretation of x-rays, coordinating with official radiology over-reads when applicable.
  • Oversee patient flow and daily office functions during your shift, supervising other healthcare providers, staff, and trainees.
  • Contribute to additional duties as needed.

    • Qualifications :

  • Licensed to practice medicine.
  • Board Eligible / Certified in Pediatrics.
  • Background in Emergency Department and / or Urgent Care.
