[job_card.job_description]Understand automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, & features, comparing & contrasting competitive models & inspect automobiles Develop buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers, suggesting trade-ins, meeting prospects at community activities, answering internet leads in a timely & appropriate manner, responding to inquiries & recommending sales campaigns & promotions Qualify buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests, matching requirements & interests to various models & building rapport Demonstrate automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities & features Connect customers with a Sales Associate for test drives & to secure final sales Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities & reading professional publications Enhances dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new & different requests & exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments This position coordinates with & reports directly to the Sales Manager or General Manager Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Time management, prioritization skills, and ability to multitask required
Ambitious, goal oriented mentality and eager to improve
Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages
Valid driver’s license
