We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join our team. This role will involve supporting a large-scale program initiative and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful business and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare systems Pega CDH and a passion for driving successful project outcomes.

Job Title : Technical Business Analyst

Location : Richardson TX / Woonsocket RI

Duration : 6 months

Job Summary

The Technical Business Analyst will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation. You will work closely with business stakeholders developers and architects to analyze requirements define user stories and ensure seamless delivery of solutions aligned with project goals. A strong understanding of healthcare processes and Pega CDH is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business teams to gather analyze and document requirements.

Convert business requirements into actionable user stories for development teams.

Work closely with developers and architects to articulate technical capabilities and constraints.

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

Support large-scale program initiatives by providing detailed analysis and recommendations.

Ensure all documentation is clear accurate and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Facilitate meetings workshops and discussions to drive consensus and resolve issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst on large program initiatives.

Healthcare industry experience preferred.

Strong understanding of Pega CDH (preferred).

Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to developers architects and non-technical stakeholders.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.

Experience in creating user stories process flows and technical documentation.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira Confluence).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in healthcare-related projects.

Hands-on experience with Pega CDH .

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
