Tasks
As the Front Desk Receptionist,you will be entrusted with a spectrum of responsabilities, incluiding:

• Greet visitors as they enter the building and assist with questions, deliveries, meeting invitees, etc.
• Conduct visitor screening for compliance purposes by entering visitors into T-Gate
• Answer main phone line and transfer calls appropriately
• Send and receive Co-Mail/Mail/FedEx/Fax
• Assist in New Hire On-boarding UA/DOT Scheduling ID ordering, etc.)
• Support in internal meeting planning and set up
• Handle copy/scanning machine (maintenance, meter reading, toner, ordering)
• Perform light clerical work as assigned by CEO
• Assist with coordinating, booking, and closing duty travel
• Oversee and support with break room vending machine contractor; order coffee
• Schedule applicant interviews for Production and collaborate with Human Resources

* Perform other duties as assigned by CEO

• High school diploma/GED desirable
• At least 1 year of experience as Receptionist or Administrative Assistant
• Fluency in English language required
• German language desirable
• Microsoft office as user
