A company is looking for a Senior Client Director - Amazon Connect.
Key Responsibilities
Sell Amazon Connect multi-cloud implementation and managed services offerings
Develop and execute tailored business plans while exceeding sales metrics
Establish new business relationships and ensure successful project delivery
Required Qualifications
4-5+ years of experience in selling services into Contact Centers or the Amazon ecosystem
In-depth knowledge of Amazon Connect platform capabilities
Experience in driving Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) transformations
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Proficient with technology and productivity tools, including Salesforce CRM
