Family Law Paralegal

• About the Role

You'll join a busy team of four attorneys (one Partner, two Senior Associates, one Associate) and one other Paralegal, collectively managing around

• 140 active cases
• . We're looking for someone who can take ownership of their work, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This is a hands-on, high-responsibility position for a true professional who values autonomy and excellence.

• What You'll Do
• Manage 60+ active family law cases with minimal oversight
• Draft and file pleadings, disclosures, and discovery
• Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel
• Organize cases for mediation and hearings
• Maintain accurate case records and meet all deadlines
• Collaborate closely with attorneys to move cases forward efficiently
• What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of Colorado family law experience required
• Strong knowledge of Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure and local court rules
• Experience supporting multiple attorneys in a busy practice
• Excellent drafting, organization, and communication skills
• Self-motivated professional who can work independently and manage priorities
• Compensation & Benefits
• Pay :
• $113,880 Annually
• Bonuses :
• Up to approximately $11,000 annually
