The annual compensation range for this position is $70,300.00 - $105,500.00. The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and / or skill level.

Purpose Statement : Responsible for all aspects of facilities and grounds management, maintenance and security. In that capacity, the incumbent must oversee the allocation and coordination of all facility space for manufacturing, equipment, utilities, support systems, offices and warehouse.

Key Job Accountabilities :

• Supervise preventive and reactive maintenance of facility equipment and systems, ensuring timely resolution to issues and continuous production.
• Support the monitoring and performance of facility security systems, processes and procedures to maintain compliance and ensure safety.
• Lead the monitoring, performance, and metrics related to facility support systems and utilities.
• Oversee planning and budgeting for facility upgrades and modifications, ensuring objectives and deadlines are met.
• Provide direction, assistance, and support to contractors conducting facility and equipment repairs, ensuring efficient task completion.
• Responsible to exemplify and hold their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values. Leader will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring their employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential.
