Controller

A company is looking for a Controller who will oversee the full accounting function across multiple entities or client portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle accounting operations including general ledger, consolidations, and month- / year-end close

Oversee financial reporting to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and regulatory requirements

Lead, mentor, and develop onshore and offshore accounting teams for effective communication and execution

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required

CPA or equivalent international qualification preferred

Progressive accounting experience, including leadership or controller-level capacity

Experience managing offshore or global accounting teams preferred

Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal control frameworks
