VP, Accounting & Finance / CFO

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a VP, Finance & Accounting to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $175,000 to $200,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities :

Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's long-term goals.

Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team.

Oversee investment strategies and capital allocation.

Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

Identify and mitigate financial risks.

Streamline financial operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Communicate financial performance and strategy to stakeholders, including the board of directors and investors. Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in finance, or accounting. Master's degree is highly desirable.

5+ years of progressive experience in as an operational Vice President of Accounting and Finance in a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of cost accounting, and US (GAAP).

Advanced working knowledge of ERP / MRP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel). Experience :

Experience in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. REF #49115
