Evaluate AI models based on professional experience in farm labor contracting
Develop prompts for AI models and assess their responses
Provide structured feedback to enhance AI understanding of workplace tasks and language
Required Qualifications
At least 4 years of professional experience in farm labor contracting
Experience in recruiting and hiring agricultural workers
Ability to supervise contracted employees and manage work assignments
Experience in providing necessary resources for contracted workers
Capability to work asynchronously with AI labs
