Position Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated BCBA fieldwork student in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to join our team. This opportunity is designed to provide comprehensive, hands-on, and supervised experience delivering ABA services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
In addition to direct implementation responsibilities, the role offers opportunities to gain indirect supervision hours by supporting BCBAs in key clinical tasks such as training RBTs, leading client teams under supervision, assisting in treatment plan development, report writing, and programming. This experience is intended to fully prepare the candidate for the responsibilities of a BCBA upon certification.

Schedule :
We are seeking a full-time fieldwork student who is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM , with occasional evening availability to support behavior technicians and RBTs during client sessions when needed. Flexibility with scheduling and availability on federal holidays is requested. We are looking for team members committed to client progress, professional development, and collaborative teamwork.
