State Licensed Financial Supervisor

A company is looking for a Regional Supervisor, PFC.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise Personal Financial Counselors (PFC), ensuring compliance with DoD expectations and service delivery consistency

Monitor PFC interactions and oversee financial counseling services to meet the needs of service members and their families

Direct the provision of financial management services and ensure timely reporting of counselor activity data

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required

5+ years of financial counseling post-certification

2+ years of management and supervisory experience

Must be a U.S. citizen and speak fluent English

Must have one of the following active certifications : AFC, CFP, or ChFC
