ACH Operations Supervisor

A company is looking for an ACH Supervisor to lead and manage the ACH operations team.

Key Responsibilities

Supervises and develops ACH operations staff, managing workload and resource allocation

Oversees the processing of ACH transactions, providing technical assistance and resolving escalated inquiries

Implements process improvements and ensures compliance with regulations and risk management frameworks

Required Qualifications

Minimum four (4) years of related ACH experience required

Supervisory experience is preferred

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred

Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certification is a plus

Deep technical understanding of ACH systems and payment processing technologies
