A company is looking for a Network Analyst / Engineer to manage network-related incident triage during U.S. business hours.
Key Responsibilities
Triage 15-30 network-related tickets per week, ensuring timely response and accurate categorization
Troubleshoot connectivity issues using various analysis tools and resolve or escalate incidents as needed
Work with helpdesk teams and other stakeholders to gather details, validate symptoms, and close out cases
Required Qualifications
2+ years in a helpdesk or network support role or a 2-year degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
Entry-level networking certifications (A+, CCNA, or equivalent) or a demonstrated understanding of foundational network concepts
Solid grasp of the OSI model, basic routing concepts, VLANs, and Wi-Fi fundamentals
Ability to navigate and interpret Cisco NX-OS (CLI) and Meraki Dashboard
Strong English fluency (B2 level or higher) for effective communication
