Employee Perks – Enjoy our on-site fitness center, family-friendly company events, and recognition programs like “Cheers for Peers.” Safely operate company vehicles to deliver beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to retail accounts. Follow assigned delivery routes and complete them within scheduled timeframes. Provide excellent customer serviceby interacting professionally with retail clients during deliveries, ensuring accurate orders, timely service, and a positive experience at each stop. Rotate products at retail locations to ensure freshness and proper presentation. Accurately calculate totals and collect payments at each stop. Complete all required paperwork during driver check-in at the end of your route. Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain driver logs. Navigate routes using maps and GPS. Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record. Ability to ocassionally lift and maneuver 170 lb kegs , and 40lb cases with a dolly at each delivery location. Solid math skills for accurate payment collection. Experience operating forklifts and equipment dollies. Comfortable working in various outdoor weather conditions. Safety First : We prioritize your safety by providing gloves and other protective gear, along with well-maintained delivery vehicles and equipment to support safe and efficient routes. Clean & Organized Facilities and Vehicles : Our warehouses and fleet are kept cleanand ready to roll, helping you start and end your day smoothly. Positive Work Environment You’ll be part of a team that values respect, reliability, and professionalism. Physical Activity : This role involves lifting and maneuvering cases (approx. 35 lbs) and kegs (up to 168 lbs), along with frequent bending, twisting, and climbing in and out of the truck. Weather-Ready Work : You’ll be delivering in all types of weather—rain, snow, heat, or cold—so we make sure you’re equipped and prepared for the conditions. Comfortable Conditions : Our facilities are temperature-controlled to keep you comfortable during loading, check-in, and breaks. Our CDL A Delivery Drivers play a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate deliveries of beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to retail accounts using company vehicles along established routes. Drivers are expected to read and follow route maps, complete daily driver logs, and perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections. This is a hands-on role that requires working in all types of weather—hot or cold, wet or dry—so adaptability and reliability are key.
