We're looking for a Backend Engineer for one of client, who can take ownership of critical systems and data infrastructure powering a next-generation digital platform in the healthcare and wellness domain. You'll help shape the backbone of a high-growth startup environment designing, building, and scaling core services that deliver exceptional user experiences across web and mobile products.

What You'll Be Doing :
- Lead the design, development, and scaling of core backend services using TypeScript and Python
- Architect performant, secure, and reliable systems to support rapid business growth.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Frontend teams to deliver seamless, data-driven user experiences.
- Build systems that leverage machine learning and AI-assisted capabilities to enhance functionality and customer insights.
- Drive best practices for performance tuning, observability, and CI / CD automation.
- Mentor engineers, influence technical direction, and foster a strong engineering culture.
- Develop and optimize backend pipelines for real-time processing, analytics, and integrations.
