• Handles sensitive matters courteously and with professionalism. When appropriate, can escalate to leadership for proper awareness and / or resolution.
• Demonstrates consistent and punctual attendance.
• Upholds high energy and positive attitude, even when under pressure.
• Adapts quickly to change and balances multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Thoroughly documents all interactions and consistently updates consumer records in the relevant technology system.
• Exhibits a desire to continuously learn, improve service delivery, and work in a team environment.
• Ability to schedule for multiple department / service areas in all hospital / outpatient departments.
• Ability to schedule various testing including but not limited to procedural scheduling including anesthesia cases.
• Perform other duties as assigned by department leaders.
