We are seeking a client-focused strategist to join our team as a Marketing & Business Development Specialist. The ideal candidate excels at forging high-value client and partner relationships, driving revenue growth through strategic market initiatives, and translating core business objectives into high-impact marketing and sales enablement assets. This role demands proven expertise in market development, cross-functional collaboration across teams, and delivering measurable commercial results.

WHAT YOU’LL DO ON THE A-TEAM :

  • Serve as the primary marketing partner for clients and internal stakeholders, leading initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Proactively research, analyze, and assess new market segments, product positioning opportunities, and competitive landscapes to inform future business development initiatives.
  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Acceleration : Develop compelling, value-driven messaging and advanced GTM strategies that unlock new client acquisition channels and accelerate existing sales cycles.
  • Write, edit, and design a variety of sales and marketing collateral, ensuring accuracy, creativity, and brand alignment.
  • Manage complex marketing projects, budgets, and timelines in a fast-paced environment, ensuring successful execution and measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, creative, and digital teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
  • Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing effectiveness.
  • Support events and partner programs by developing materials, coordinating logistics, and driving engagement.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, account management, or business development, preferably in B2B or agency environments.
  • Proven expertise in partner marketing, sales enablement, and messaging development.
  • Strong writing, editing, and design skills with a portfolio of content that demonstrates creativity and brand alignment.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Microsoft 365, with strong knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables in high-pressure environments.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and active listening skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working across teams to achieve shared goals.
