Role Summary

As a product‑mindful software engineer, you’ll play a critical role in helping grow the company. While your core job is to build great products, you’ll occasionally step outside of product to support go‑to‑market efforts or customer success — a great opportunity to learn how this massive, critical industry works. You’ll also work directly with the CEO and CTO every day.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of features across the stack, ensuring they are reliable, scalable, and impactful.
• Take projects from initial insight to launch by validating problems, defining solutions, and delivering a polished user experience.
• Use your judgement to make product decisions without needing layers of approval.
• Collaborate with design, or often design UI / UX yourself when speed matters.
• Make sound technical decisions that balance the delivery of today’s features with building a foundation for tomorrow’s.
• Contribute to a development experience and infrastructure that accelerates product delivery as we grow.
• Play a pivotal role in establishing the company’s product direction, culture, and processes.
• Occasionally travel to customer sites.
