Data Scientist | Gen AI Engineer | Hybrid

We're looking for a forward-thinking Data Scientist with deep expertise in Generative AI to join our growing team. As a GenAI Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing and developing intelligent, agentic AI systems using tools like LangChain, LangGraph, and cutting-edge large language models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude, and others.

You'll work across the full lifecycle of GenAI solutions-from ideation to prototyping to deployment-within a startup-style environment that emphasizes autonomy, speed, and adaptability. A key part of your role will be designing and rigorously evaluating prompts and workflows, ensuring reliability, consistency, and business impact.

Location :

Hybrid - onsite 3x a week Pasadena, Tx

Required Skills & Experience :

• 3+ years in a Data Science, AI / ML Engineering, or related technical role.
• Implement AI guardrails to monitor, reduce, and mitigate hallucinations and ensure responsible AI usage.
• Architect and implement agentic AI workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, and other orchestration tools.
