Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; MBA preferred
10+ years of experience in a similar role within the payments industry
Experience working with business stakeholders in a cross-functional matrix environment
Ability to engage and influence senior leaders and stakeholders
Proven experience in program and change management principles
