Position : Senior UiPath / RPA Developer Lead
Must be local / open to relo to Denver and be willing to work on-site a minimum of days a week!
TalentBridge is seeking a Senior UiPath / RPA Developer on behalf of our client, a global leader in electronics manufacturing and distribution. This high-impact role will focus on developing and architecting intelligent automation solutions that streamline business operations within a fast-paced, enterprise supply chain environment.

Type : Long Term Contract As part of the Intelligent Automation team, you'll lead efforts to design, build, deploy, and scale UiPath-based automations while collaborating with stakeholders across IT, operations, logistics, and finance. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of UiPath automation workflows using Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework
- Utilize UiPath Automation CloudTM to host, manage, and scale automation stack (Orchestrator, robots, AI / ML services, etc.) in the cloud
- Architect end-to-end RPA solutions across departments (finance, supply chain, operations)
- Build reusable components and enforce RPA development best practices
- Integrate UiPath bots with APIs, databases, and enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, etc.).
- Support CI / CD pipelines and version control (Git, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to identify and prioritize automation opportunities
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior RPA developers
- Ensure governance and compliance standards are met across the automation lifecycle
Required Qualifications
