A company is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to provide support to sales managers and coordinate various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and project support to assigned managers as part of the administrative resources team
Coordinate regional meetings, conferences, and special events
Compile and analyze data to develop monthly and ad hoc reports
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience preferred
At least five years of experience in administrative, project support, and event coordination
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to manage multiple projects with short turnaround times
Willingness to work a flexible schedule and in a team environment
