Daily Responsibilities : Organize and advise in prequalification and selection of architects and project professionals Review project design drawings for constructability issues and overall progress Monitor construction budget and schedule for adherence to plan Attend construction meetings and visit job sites regularly Provide input on project implementation and suggest improvements Required Skills : Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget Strong leadership and team-building skills Knowledge of construction methodologies and industry standards Salary and Benefits : We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $130,000 to $150,000 annually.
