LHH has partnered with an outstanding nonprofit in Montgomery County, MD to identify a Collections & Accounts Receivable Specialist. This role is responsible for managing the full accounts receivable lifecycle, ensuring timely collections, accurate financial records, and compliance with audit standards. This role supports cash flow optimization, internal controls, and audit readiness while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

Accounts Receivable Management :

• Generate and distribute client invoices accurately and on time.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and proactively follow up on overdue accounts.
• Maintain detailed collection notes and status updates in CRM systems.
• Prepare and manage AR aging reports and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.

Pay Details : $26.00 to $32.00 per hour
