As a Conserva Irrigation Technician, you are a self-starter who has been in the industry and has already developed a professional approach to irrigation. You will be primarily responsible for assessing irrigation systems, diagnosing the issues, and selling the repairs, enhancements, and efficiency upgrades to our customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Communicates with Homeowner / Client to inform and educate about irrigation system enhancements and services.
• Briefly explain / confirm with client the scope of work to be performed and estimated length of time to complete tasks. Speak to client to up-sell other products.
• Work independently or as a team to provide service / repair to residential and commercial systems. This includes completing system audits and estimates where applicable.
• Anticipate task problems and inform Homeowner / Client of any issues and corrective action to complete task.
• Sustains a work environment that builds positive professional relationships, accepts accountability, and demonstrates excellent customer service.
• Consistently demonstrates a commitment to complete scope of work.
• Provide customer with system orientation as applicable.
• Clean up of all areas affected by the installation and perform maintenance on all Company tools and equipment used daily on work sites.
• Ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained to service clients.
• Operate company vehicle in a safe manner, maintain a clean and orderly vehicle. Notify management of any vehicle accidents, malfunctions, or damages.
• Prepares and correctly completes any work order documents or reports.
• Accomplishes organization goals by following required best practices. Promptly inform Franchise Owner of any team member injury, issues / disputes with homeowner / Client, damage to structure, or company tools / equipment.
• Update job knowledge by participating in IA certification training, follow all company policies, safety rules, and procedures including all highway traffic laws.
• Receive oral and written instructions from Franchise Owner.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned.
