As part of the Hartford HealthCare Medical Group, one of New England’s premier medical practices, you will provide essential nursing care in a dynamic environment. Our physician-led group is highly regarded and offers an array of specialties and services across Connecticut and Rhode Island.
Job Responsibilities :
Deliver skilled nursing care under the direction of a provider in a variety of clinical settings.Assess patients’ physical and psychosocial needs, develop comprehensive care plans, and ensure continuity of care through appropriate interventions.Engage in independent nursing actions based on thorough assessments and identified health issues.Effectively triage phone calls and respond with timely, precise nursing interventions.Offer compassionate support to patients and their families, maintaining confidentiality and privacy.Be prepared to travel to other regional offices as needed.Qualifications :
