NTP-L - Team Leader- Hot Dip

Basic Job Functions :

• Monitor process of kettle to maintain continuous operation
• Complete all shift reports for the day
• Performs hourly inspections of the tubing
• Provide direction and leadership to ensure accuracy of operation
• Oversees the set-up, adjustments and change overs for all equipment of the machine
• Performs preventative maintenance on the machine when necessary
• Assist with changeover and operate crane or forklift as needed

Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
