Key Responsibilities

• Develop implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Oversee all quality control processes inspections and testing activities across manufacturing.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
• Manage non-conformance reporting root cause analysis and corrective / preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure compliance with industry standards regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
• Conduct internal and external quality audits including supplier quality assessments.
• Lead mentor and develop the quality assurance and control team.
