Deal Desk Representative

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to support various teams in deal structuring and contract management.

Key Responsibilities

Support the sales team in preparing quotes and proposals for SaaS and cloud solutions

Assist with gathering finance and legal approvals for sales deals and enforce compliance with global deal policies

Maintain accurate records of deals and identify process improvements for deal desk efficiency

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of relevant experience in deal desk, finance, or sales operations roles

Proficient in CRM and CPQ tools, as well as contract lifecycle management systems

Experience in structuring multi-element contracts including subscriptions and services

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; equivalent experience is a plus

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
