Join Guardian Residential Services LLC as a Day Shift LPN in Manassas, VA, where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care. Shift A : Sun to Wed 9am to 7pm

Shift B : Thur to Sat 9am to 7pm

Responsibilities :

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and health status.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Provide education and support to residents and their families.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance skills.
