SHORT DESCRIPTION :
Perform warehouse work related to receipt, shipment, storage, distribution, or delivery of
products, parts, and materials. Load, unload, move, or store items according to delivery or
routing documents, or supervisor or senior instructions. Operate a hand truck, pallet jack, or
other heavy equipment. Roles include : Puller (Warehouse), Re-Stocker (Warehouse), Finishing
(Warehouse / Production), Catcher (Production), Ink Tech (Production).
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Receive and count stock items, and record data manually or using computer.
- Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms, warehouses, or storage
yards.
Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, andinvestigate discrepancies or adjust errors.
Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses, tool rooms, supplyrooms, or other areas.
Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensurecompliance with safety regulations.
Keep records on the use and / or damage of stock or stock handling equipment.Examine and inspect stock and production items for wear or defects, reporting anydamage to supervisors.
Clean, tape & prep screens and other production related tasks.Be able to operate equipment such as Embroidery Machines, Heat Press, and AutomaticPresses safely
Supports other departments by providing needed supplies, merchandise and assistanceon security and sales.
Transfers orders received by routing or delivering items to requesting departments.Prepares shipments by packing, protecting and labeling containers.Assists in janitorial responsibilities as needed.Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing appropriate parties ofviolators of policy and procedure and assisting sales staff on security needs.
Completes required paperwork timely.Communicates with management and staff as necessary.Works assigned duties and is flexible with assignment changes as directed by projectleaders and management.
Is able to lift, push, pull, move merchandise, equipment and supplies up to 50 lbs.Is able to stand, bend, lift and move intermittently during 7+ hour-shifts.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and exemplifes the company's core values of honesty, integrity, respect, commitment and quality.SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS
