Salary Range : $83,200.00 - $128,960.00

Job Summary : Join our dedicated healthcare team as an Ambulatory Registered Nurse! In this role, you will provide direct patient care, assess and triage patients, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to implement comprehensive care plans. Key Responsibilities :

• Obtain and accurately record patient vital signs; report abnormal values to the treating provider.
• Document a comprehensive patient history (Medical, Surgical, and Social) and conduct focused physical assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments under the guidance of a physician or advanced practice provider (APP).
• Assist with in-office procedures related to clinic specialty, ensuring thorough documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Review and triage incoming test results, manage patient requests and pharmacy renewals, and facilitate call-backs as necessary.
• Utilize resources strategically to achieve patient goals and enhance quality metrics.
• Delegate appropriate tasks to Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and Medical Assistants (MA), according to their licensure.
• Adhere to regulatory agency standards and internal compliance policies.
• Participate in the orientation and education of new staff members.
• Engage in continuous education to maintain up-to-date knowledge in your clinical specialty.
• Provide health education to patients regarding their visit and overall wellness.
