Contract Analyst

A leading national law firm recognized for its innovation and commitment to client service is seeking a Contract Analyst to join its growing contract review team. This is a high-impact role supporting attorneys and clients in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts-while also contributing to process improvements and legal tech initiatives.

What You'll Do :

• Review a high volume of contracts for accuracy, legal compliance, and alignment with client guidelines
• Suggest edits and alternative language to meet legal standards and client expectations
• Compare documents to precedent templates and manage redlines
• Communicate directly with clients and third parties to explain and negotiate contract revisions
• Track multiple contract review projects, prioritize deadlines, and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain organized documentation and project records in shared repositories
• Collaborate with the Practice Innovations team to improve workflows and tech tools
• Assist in onboarding and training new contract analysts
• Continuously contribute ideas for enhancing review processes and templates

What You'll Need :
