Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a multifunctional team to execute across the full automation lifecycle

Create alignment on technical strategy and execution plans for automating grocery operations

Establish metrics to measure success and drive data-informed decision making across automation deployment

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hardware Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience

10+ years of Hardware Deployment or Operational experience

5+ years of experience managing a multifunctional organization

Experience influencing senior leaders / stakeholders

Experience working directly with third parties, hardware engineers, and business operations
