POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Position Responsibilities :

The I T Business nalyst I will collaborate closely with our Business Relationship Managers in understanding partner departments ' requirements, nalyzing business processes, nd facilitating the delivery of I T solutions that lign with our partner departments strategic o b jectives. T he B I plays key role in bridging the gap between IT nd business stakeholders, ensur i ng that IT solutions meet the needs of our partner departments nd contribute to the i r success.

  • t least 2 yea rs of experience involving systems a dministra tion, business a nalysis, databa se administration, or enterprise resource planning systems, prefera bly a client-facing role
  • Strong a nalytica l a nd problem-solving skills with the a bility to understand complex business

requirements and tra nslate them into technica l solutions.

  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and organizati onal skills.
