Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site inspections and assess property damage

• Prepare estimates using Xactimate software

• Take clear photos and write accurate reports

• Communicate with policyholders and insurance carriers

• Submit complete claim files in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of property adjusting experience preferred

• Proficiency in Xactimate

• Knowledge of property construction and damage assessment

• Strong time management and communication skills

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license

• Active Adjuster License
