Your Role as a Nursing Professional

• Oversee patient care and treatments, lead assessments, customize care plans, and address concerns to ensure exceptional service.
• Build strong connections with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs to enhance recovery.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct support to patients as needed.
• Act as a resource for colleagues, assisting with complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate patient milestones and victories.

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure in compliance with state regulations.
• Current CPR certification (ACLS is preferred).
• CRRN certification is a plus.
• A minimum of one year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
