Active Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license (required at time of submission)\n

Minimum 2 years of recent ICU or critical care nursing experience\n

Previous travel nurse experience highly preferred\n

Current ACLS and BLS certifications\n

Flu vaccine required (medical / religious exemptions considered)\n

Smoke / nicotine free workplace\n

Former employees must have a minimum 5-year separation to be eligible\n

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU\n

Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment\n

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans\n

Administer medications, manage IVs, and operate specialized ICU equipment\n

Float to other hospital units as needed, based on experience and policy\n

Maintain accurate and timely patient records\n

Provide compassionate support to patients and their families\n

Adhere to hospital policies, The Joint Commission standards, and best nursing practices\n
