12 Operating Rooms

Facility will accept multiple providers

IP / OP Setting

Hospital Stroke Certified

Assigned / Unassigned Patients

2nd Call / Backup

30 Minutes call response time required

Requirements : Board Certified

ACLS, BLS Required

Trauma Level II

EMR : Epic

Benefit and Compensation details :
