Senior Manager / Director - DCI (Disputes, Claims & Investigations), Wage & Hour

Stout is seeking a Senior Manager or Director with 8+ years of experience to join our Disputes, Claims & Investigations (DCI) Wage and Hour practice. This is a full-time leadership role offering comprehensive benefits, a 401(k), annual bonus eligibility, and long-term growth opportunities.

Stout brings deep expertise supporting clients in high-stakes business litigation and economic consulting matters. Senior Managers and Directors serve as trusted advisors to clients, lead complex engagements, and play a key role in developing talent, shaping strategy, and driving the continued growth of the Wage and Hour practice.

Impact You'll Make

In this leadership role, you will drive client outcomes, mentor teams, and shape the strategic direction of wage and hour engagements across the firm.

• Lead and oversee complex wage and hour litigation, investigations, and consulting engagements from scoping through delivery.
• Serve as a primary client contact, building trusted advisor relationships and delivering high-impact, defensible analyses.
• Set analytical and methodological direction to ensure work product meets the highest standards of quality and rigor.
• Provide strategic oversight across multiple engagements, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Contribute to the growth and reputation of the Wage and Hour practice through thought leadership, business development, and market presence.
