As our Account Manager, youll play a key role in strengthening client relationships, ensuring families and businesses are properly protected, and helping clients understand the coverage they rely on. Youll become part of a team known for its professionalism, advocacy, and exceptional service, acting as our clients Partners in Protection.
This role blends client service, consultative advising, retention support, and revenue generation. Whether you come from insurance or are pursuing a career change, we provide comprehensive training and can help you obtain the required Texas insurance licenses.

Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management & Outreach
- Proactively reach out to existing clients to ensure their coverage is up-to-date, complete, and appropriate for their needs.
- Strengthen client relationships by staying connected year-round and demonstrating the agencys value and expertise.
- Position the agency as the clients first and best point of contact for all insurance and financial services needs.
- Consistently ask for referrals and thank clients for their business.
Insurance Proposals & Advising
Prepare insurance proposals for Home, Auto, Umbrella, Business, Life, and other coverage types.Educate clients on their coverage options and present solutions, including life insurance, at every opportunity.Support the preparation of annual review appointments by collecting updated information, policy details, and quotes.Service, Administration & Retention Support
Set up and maintain files for new accounts.Monitor and address policy cancellations by reviewing pay / cancel lists, sending notices, and contacting clients prior to cancellation dates.Update client and policy information in agency systems and CRM platforms.Coordinate welcome and thank-you communications for new clients.Handle daily account activities including receiving payments, making corrections, answering phones, and routing messages.Claims Support
Enter and assist with comprehensive, collision, liability, and property claims.Answer client questions and provide preferred body shop, glass, and rental car referrals.Follow claims from start to finish to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience.Escalate any unresolved or complex claims issues to the Agent / Owner for guidance.Requirements
Strong communication and customer service skills.High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Comfortable with client outreach, follow-up, and consultative conversations.Ability to learn insurance concepts and confidently recommend solutions.Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to serving families and small businesses.Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn agency management systems.Texas General Lines Property & Casualty & Life / Health licenses preferred but not required; we welcome career changers and will support the licensing process.Must be able to work on-site in our Plano, Texas office.
