[job_card.job_description]Experience being involved & driving the discovery process Natural curiosity & inquisitiveness Strong fundamentals on information and interaction design, fundamentals of UX (preferably from a relevant Degree) Experience with design systems highly desirable Proven ability to work cross-team and synthesize input from multiple groups Ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively deliver in a fast-paced environment Communication skills and collaborative. Understand what the stakeholders want and the design that they are looking for. Ability to be influential, negotiate the vision B.S. / B.A. or higher in User Experience Design, Information Design, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, or related fields
Top Requirements
(Must haves)
- 5-7 years experience working in Ecommerce with deep understanding of what drives Ecommerce KPIs
- Design experience in responsive web on complex websites (e.g., Ecommerce)
- Design experience in iOS, native design conventions, and emerging technologies
- Strong visual and interaction design (using Figma) (they use this for everything - design and prototyping)
- Strong organizational skills to manage fast-paced schedule and project work
- Must have a comprehensive understanding of UX principles, practices and processes, and a track record of delivering UX solutions and value to product and engineering teams in a large-scale business.
- Creative and testing mindset looking for someone to consider different approaches to ultimately find the best solution.
- Must be flexible in approach, comfortable presenting to multiple levels of stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills to manage fast-paced schedule and project work
- Proactive, high level of engagement, etc.
